The location was excellent, with easy access to many tram options and riverside walks. The comfort of the bed linen, duvet, and pillows was excellent. The staff were helpful and cute. Free newspapers and free coffee throughout the day were fantastic perks.
The bathroom was a little small. The lighting in the room was quite dark and there were old stains on the carpet.

Clean and well-maintained hotel with attentive staff. Convenient location, just across the river from the main plaza. Close to the center and not far from the train station. Complimentary public transportation ticket provided for easy travel

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was perfect, just across the bridge from Basel's excellent art museum. Not only that, but it was also not far from the train station, making it really convenient for us. The room was clean and spacious, and the beds were comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with fresh croissants. We even enjoyed dining at the pizza restaurant on the ground floor. we would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends!

The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for its comfortable rooms and tasty breakfast. The staff is super friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. I particularly liked the attention to detail, with the recently renovated rooms featuring new furniture and super comfy bedding. The location, just across the bridge from the old town, provides easy access to the city's attractions.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Restaurant Resslirytti. The reception staff were lovely and made us feel welcome. The room was large, modern, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast options were simple but there was ample selection for everyone's taste. I particularly enjoyed the delicious pastries and yogurt. We made use of the Basel card for free transportation and visited the Basel zoo, half price with the card. The hotel's restaurant was also great, although it did get busy, so it's best to book upon arrival. The hotel's location was perfect, right on the tram route, making it easy for us to explore the city on foot. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Basel. I highly recommend Hotel Restaurant Resslirytti for a perfect and enjoyable stay.
